She was preceded in death by her husband James Vance and son Michael Vance.She was born in Webster Springs, West Virginia, the daughter of Minter and Gay Cogar.She was a loving and devoted wife and mother of four, grandmother of eight, and great-grandmother of ten. She enjoyed spending time with her family, being active in her church and singing with family and friends.She is survived by her son, Roger Vance and wife Linda; daughter Christi Copley and husband James; daughter Cindy McDougald and husband Kevin; sisters-in-law Mary Hill and Brenda See and husband John.The family will receive friends Friday, March 20th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 21st at 11:00 AM at Cool Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Brian Charland officiating.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made either to Jonesboro Heights Baptist Church, Missions programs (316 W.
