JoAnn Canady

JoAnn Canady, age 82, of Russellville, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026, at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. Born on September 6, 1943, in El Dorado to C. D. and Mildred Longing, she was a longtime member of London First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Canady; her sister, Kathy Longing; and her brother-in-law, Don Havens. JoAnn is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Wes and Susan Canady; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Maxie and Donnie Longing, and Ernie and Vicki Longing; a sister, Kay Havens; and two grandchildren, Lea and Jake Canady, along with her dear nieces and nephews and numerous close friends.

A family memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friendship Community Care, 1200 S Elmira Ave., Russellville, AR 72802.
