Joan Guerin Reilly

Joan Guerin Reilly, 86, of New Orleans, passed away on March 13, 2026, in her hometown. Born on July 26, 1939, to Robert Leonard Guerin and Helena Silbernagel Guerin, she graduated from Sacred Heart High School and married Harry Peter Reilly Jr. in 1958. A devoted housewife, Joan centered her life around her husband, children, and beloved grandchildren. A lifelong and devout Catholic, she generously gave her time and talents to several organizations at St. Lawrence the Martyr and St. Angela Merici Church, and she cherished the friendships she formed with the ladies of SALA at St. Angela Merici.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Helena Guerin, her brother Robert (Bobby) Leonard Guerin Jr., and her son Keith Reilly.

Joan is survived by her husband of 67 years, Harry Reilly; her children, Kevin (Joan) Reilly, Jeff (Stacie) Reilly, and Renee' (John) Tetlow; and her grandchildren, Patrick (Rebecca) Reilly, Meghan Reilly, Nicholas Reilly, Matthew Tetlow, and Peyton (Caitlin) Reilly.
