Joan Stulz ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Omps Funeral Home and Cremation Center - Amherst Chapel on Mar. 12, 2026.Joan Dolores (Munro) Stulz, age 95, of Stephens City, Virginia, passed away peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.Joan was born on November 1, 1930, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Howard and Beatrice Mae (Crompton) Munro. A devoted homemaker, she dedicated her life to her family and her faith as a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses.She married Frank R. Stulz on September 11, 1954, in Philadelphia. They shared many years together until his passing on June 27, 2021.Joan is survived by her four daughters: Dawn Ellis and her husband Boyd of Boonsboro, Maryland; Lorrie Stulz of Edinburg, Virginia; Gail Poling of Hagerstown, Maryland; and Linda LaFollette of Winchester, Virginia. Her legacy also lives on through her eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.Services will be private.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
