She was born June 16, 1948 in Wayne, WV, a daughter of the late Clinton Miller and Vina Elizabeth Spence. She is survived by her three sisters, one brother, daughter, grandchildren, and a special nephew; as well as her caregiver. As per her request, there will be no services. Morris Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
