Jesse H. Evans, Jr.

Jesse H. Evans, Jr., age 72, of Essex, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Born in Danville, Virginia, he was the son of the late Jesse Herbert Evans, Sr. and Lillie Mae (Wilson) Evans.

Jesse worked as an electrician for McLaughlin Electric for many years and later at Wal-Mart in Dundalk. He found great joy in spending time with his dogs, listening to Beatles music, playing his guitar, and traveling.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Deborah Williams, and his brothers, Mark Evans and Michael Evans.

Jesse is survived by his wife, Nona Evans; his daughter, Aimee Bain and her husband Atkene; and his grandchild, Josiah Craig.
