He was predeceased by: his father Milton Newberry; and his brother Joey Newberry. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Mills; his daughter Kayla Dawn Newberry; his brother Michael Stanley Newberry Sr. (Peggy); and his grandson Michael Orion Newberry. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Burns Church of Christ (2718 Church St, Burns, TN 37029). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 19th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
