Jerry Noell Farlow

Jerry Noell Farlow, 80, of Goode, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. She was the devoted wife of 48 years to the late James Irvin Farlow, Sr.

Born on May 20, 1945, in Lynchburg, Virginia, Jerry was the daughter of the late Jesse Ayers Noell, Sr. and Lewis Morton Noell. She lived a life rooted in family, finding deep joy in her role as wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her son, James Irvin Farlow, Jr., of Goode; three grandchildren, Jonathan Farlow, Amanda Farlow, and Haden Farlow; her cherished four-legged companion, Daisy Mae; stepdaughter Kim McFaden Lee and her husband Alvin; step-granddaughters Alysun Wade and Bethany McFaden; and step-great-grandchildren Gwen Wade, Hudson Wade, and Ahnova Williams. She is also survived by sisters-in-law Patricia Farlow Largen, Peggy Farlow Brooks and her husband Steve, brother-in-law Michael Farlow, Sr. and his wife Martha, as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Jerry was preceded in death by her in-laws, Irvin Grant Farlow and Eleanor Hogan Farlow, her sisters Emily Noell Patton and Lou Noell Driskill, her brother Jesse Ayers Noell, Jr., and her beloved nephew John Patrick Driskill.
