He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Townley (TL) and Christeen Townley. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, Jason of Sanford, NC, Jeffrey (Alix) of Bedford, NY and Jonathan of Sarasota, FL; his brother Vern of Overland Park, KS; and his grandsons, Eli and Addison.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Village Chapel (10 Azalea Rd, Pinehurst, NC 28374).
