It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry Dewayne Tidwell of Moultrie, Georgia, who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Carl Tidwell; and his sons, Christopher Michael Tidwell and James Alexander Tidwell. He is survived by: his mother Doris Carey Tidwell of Moultrie; his children, Jacob Tidwell (Simran) and Karly Tidwell; his sister Jenna Mock (Brandon); his grandmother Annie Bryan; his girlfriend Jessica Allegood; and his pet Roscoe. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Cobb Funeral Chapel (2441 Camilla Hwy, Moultrie, GA 31768). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at the Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens (2441 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31768).
