John and Thelma Timms.Jeremy is survived by his son, Gavin Anthony Glenn; mom and dad, Trudy and Tony Snider; brother, Daniel (Careomy) Glenn; niece, McKenzie Glenn; stepbrothers, Joel (Kim) Snider, Adam (Anita) Snider, and Joshua (Jessica) Snider; and several cousins also survive.The family wishes to extend special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of Parkridge Hospital for the compassionate care shown to Jeremy.The family extends a special thanks to Industrial Scales and Services for the support they gave to him during his illness.The family is deeply grateful to the nurses and staff of Adoration Hospice for their kindness, comfort, and support to both Jeremy and his loved ones.A special note of appreciation is extended to Cindy Ashley for the time, compassion, and care she gave, going far above and beyond what could ever have been expected while caring for Jeremy.A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 18, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Pastor Josh Edwards and Pastor Bruce Edwards officiating.Interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Cedartown, GA.A visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, at the funeral home.Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
