Jeremiah William Molloy, known affectionately as Jerry to family and friends, passed away on March 10, 2026, in Middletown, New York. Born on November 21, 1956, in the Bronx, New York, he spent his early years there before moving upstate and graduating from Pine Bush High School. Jerry then dedicated twenty years to the United States Air Force, followed by another twenty years of distinguished service as a Deputy with the Orange County Sheriff's Department. His commitment to service was matched by the compassion he showed to those around him.

Jerry was a devoted husband to his wife, Norma, with whom he shared a loving and enduring marriage. Together they raised two sons, Paul and Peter, and later welcomed Eileen and AJ into the family, instilling in all of them the values of integrity and kindness. He was a cherished brother to Karen and Michael and a doting grandfather to Dean, Joey, and Isabelle, who brought him great joy in his later years.

Jerry’s life was marked by strength, warmth, and a deep passion for both his work and his family. His unwavering patriotism and dedication to his community left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, yet his spirit and the values he lived by will continue to guide them always.
