August 25, 1983 March 6, 2026

Cleveland, OH

Jennifer White, age 42, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on March 6, 2026, after bravely fighting cancer for four years.

Jennifer was a devoted and loving mother to her daughter, Joselyn White, who was the center of her world. Becoming a mother at a young age, she embraced the responsibility with strength, pride, and unwavering support. She was actively involved in Joselyn’s many sports, coaching volleyball and cheering her on in volleyball, basketball, track, and softball. She was the beloved daughter of the late Delrose (née Crawford) and Dudley White, who preceded her in death in December 2025 and early January 2026. Jennifer was a loving sister to Richard (Nichole) White and the late William White, a caring aunt to Ezekiel, Zuri, and Lorelei, and niece to Gloria Crawford and Rose McDonald and family. She shared a lifelong bond with her best friend, Jessica (née Bird) Garcia (Dustin), and was blessed with many other dear friends. She cherished her extended family, including the Daramola, Benn, Bird, and Manning families, along with her adopted sisters, Amanda, Renee, and Jennifer.

She took great pride in her Jamaican heritage and often reflected on her parents’ roots in Knockpatrick, Manchester, Jamaica, and their immigration to the United States in 1944. Jennifer dedicated her life to caring for others, working as a Licensed Practical Nurse and earning a reputation as the ultimate caregiver. Throughout her career she served patients at Cleveland Clinic Hospitals, University Hospitals, and several nursing homes throughout the greater Cleveland area. Her compassion and dedication left a lasting impact on the many people she cared for. A proud graduate of Saint Joseph Academy—an alma mater her daughter Joselyn would later attend—Jennifer was known for her vibrant personality, sense of humor, and love of cooking, especially trying new recipes to share with family and friends.

Above all, Jennifer will be remembered for her deep love for her daughter, her caring spirit, and the joy she brought to those around her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
