Jennie K. Cook

Jennie K. Cook, 82 of Chesterhill, passed away, Sat. Mar. 14, 2026, at her residence. She was born Apr 8, 1943, to the late Homer Cook and Lorna Hill Cook in Chesterhill. She attended Bliss Business College, and worked at Nelsonville Correctional Facility and Tri-County Mental Health and Counseling. She was also in the trucking and farming business. She is survived by her brother, Robert Cook of Columbus and a host of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; and 2 sisters, Joann Hill and Bernice Cook. Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill is handling a caring cremation for the family.
