Jeffrey Scott Norton

Jeffrey Scott Norton, born March 27, 1947, in Woodland, California, to Gloria J. Norton (Jacobs) and Warren D. Norton Jr., passed away peacefully on February 25, 2026, at The Courtyard in Yuba City, California.

A proud graduate of Woodland High School, Jeff later attended California State University, Chico. In 1988, he moved to Robbins, California, where he spent the rest of his life farming and forming deep connections within the community he cherished. He found his greatest joy in the company of family and friends, and he especially loved the outdoors, often spending time hunting and fishing.

Known for his loyalty and kind spirit, Jeff was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He is survived by his brother, Dave Norton and his wife Sandy; his daughters, Kara Cichella and her husband Ryne, and Ardith Law and her husband Howard; and his beloved grandchildren, Kaleia and Kyler Law.

In keeping with his wishes, Jeff was cremated. A celebration of his life will be held on March 26, 2026, at the Yolo Fliers Club in Woodland, California. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Robbins Volunteer Fire Department.
