He was born in Springfield, Massachusetts on December 31, 1962, the son of Peter Russ and the late Carol (Miles) Ingram.Jeffrey grew up in Enfield and was a longtime employee of Stop & Shop in Enfield, where he dedicated 23 years of service.He was predeceased by his mother, Carol Ingram, in December of 2025.Jeffrey is survived by his father, Peter Russ of South Carolina; his stepfather, Arthur Ingram of Enfield; his brothers, Brett Ingram and his wife Jenny of Fairfield, Scott Ingram and his wife Mirian of Florida, and Eric Ingram of Rhode Island; as well as many loving nieces and nephews.A funeral home service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield.
