He was predeceased by his parents, Theodore J. Meisberger and Mary Theresa Meisberger (Mocarsky). He is survived by his brothers, Theodore Meisberger (Jannie) of Gig Harbor, Washington, Richard Meisberger of Leesport, Pennsylvania, and Ronald Meisberger (Maureen) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as well as his nieces and nephews.
Jeffrey lived a quiet and steady life, grounded in the love of his family.
