He is survived by: his mother Anna Eastman (Valley); his son Colton Eastman (Autumn Phelps); and his siblings, John Eastman Jr., Jean Powers (Dru Schneider), Jeremy Eastman (Sheila) and Joshua Eastman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:40 AM at the Garrity Funeral Home (704 S Ohio St, Prairie du Chien, WI 53821). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Of the Holy Family Parish (506 N Beaumont Rd, Prairie du Chien, WI 53821).
