He was born on June 18, 1964, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Lex and Geri Rutkosky.Jeff enjoyed fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered for the time he shared with those closest to him and the simple joys he found in life.Jeff is survived by his sister, Jill Rutkosky of Mentor, Ohio; his brother, Jon Rutkosky of Livermore, California; his niece, Nicole Hashier (Nick) of Madison, Ohio; his nephew, Joshua Weissbrod of Chesterland, Ohio; his great-nephews, Gavin and Griffin Hashier; and his friend, Rick Weissbrod.He was preceded in death by his parents, Lex and Geri Rutkosky.In accordance with Jeff's wishes, no services will be held.
