Jeffrey Alan Miller

Jeffrey Alan Miller, 58 years, 4 months and 7 days, of Arcola, Illinois, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

Born on November 4, 1967, in Lafayette, Indiana, Jeffrey was the son of Andrew D. and Edna Mae (Gingerich) Miller. He married Nada S. Otto on October 5, 1989, in Kokomo, Indiana. The couple shared 36 years, 5 months and 6 days of marriage.

A lifelong member of the Old Order Amish Church, Jeffrey served as a Bishop and was known for his quiet faith and steady presence in his community. He is survived by his wife, Nada (Otto) Miller; their five children, Anthony Miller and special friend Rhoda Miller at home, Andrew Miller and his wife Katrina (Jess) of Humboldt, Illinois, Ruth Chupp and her husband Devon of Arcola, Illinois, Christy Miller and special friend Millie Miller at home, and Loren Miller and special friend Emily Kaufman at home; his parents, Andy and Edna Mae Miller of Arcola; and two siblings, David Miller of Howe, Indiana, and Dorothy Otto and her husband Willis of Humboldt, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Millie Kay Miller, his in-laws Simon and Edna Otto, and one brother-in-law, Paul Otto.
