McCafferty, age 64, of Logan, Ohio, passed away March 6, 2026, at his residence.Jeff was born November 18, 1961, in Lancaster, Ohio to Kermit McCafferty and Gertrude Thomas McCafferty. He enjoyed Rock & Roll Music and Mushrooming.Surviving are his wife of 20 years, Lisa McCafferty; brothers, Kirk (Lorie) McCafferty of Somerset and Dick (Brenda) McCafferty of Lancaster; stepson, Justin (Chelsea) Miller of Canal Winchester; step-grandchildren, Freyja Miller and Sullivan Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews.Jeff was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Butch Minnard, Bob Minnard, Frank McCafferty, Kit McCafferty, and Phil McCafferty; stepson, Jonathan Miller; and in-laws, Thomas and Wanda Miller.At Jeff's request, there will be no services.
