Jeffery Lynn Myers

March 7, 1949 March 4, 2026

New Franken, WI

Jeffery Lynn Myers, 76, of New Franken, passed away on March 4, 2026, just days before his 77th birthday. Born on March 7, 1949, in Decatur, Illinois, to the late Raymond “Neil” and Maisey “Mae” (Nixon) Myers, Jeff lived a life grounded in faith, family, and quiet service. A proud Army National Guard veteran who served from 1969 to 1975, he carried a deep love for his country and a sincere respect for its flag. In his professional life, he worked in management in the medical manufacturing sector, where colleagues valued his strong Christian character and genuine kindness.

On June 1, 1995, Jeff married Connie Cencich in Nederland, Colorado. For thirty years he was her devoted husband, the man she called the love of her life. Together they created homes in the Colorado Rockies, Washington State, and Wisconsin, while caring for many rescue animals in keeping with Jeff’s belief in the worth of every living creature. A man of deep and unwavering faith, he was devoted to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. He consecrated himself to the Holy Trinity, the Blessed Mother, and Saint Joseph, living as a faithful prayer warrior and intercessor for his children, grandchildren, and many others. His love for the Holy Eucharist and the depth of his spiritual life touched all who knew him.

Jeff was also a gifted musician and songwriter who shared his talents with groups including Revelation 19 in Colorado and the Glory Band in Washington State. His music, humor, and light-hearted spirit brought joy and laughter even in difficult times. He loved the outdoors and adventure, finding happiness in kayaking, riding motorcycles, and driving classic cars, especially the winding mountain roads he explored with Connie.

He is survived by his loving wife, Connie Cencich-Myers; daughters Angelic Dawn Russell Mone’ (James), Christiana Lydia (Derrick Sanderson) Myers, and Jocelyn Alison Myers; grandchildren Vivienne June Mone’, Tillie Belle Mone’, Asia Rain Thorn, Ace Raiden Sanderson, Solace Sanderson, Jaiden Michael Myers, and Jaxon Gabriel Myers; siblings Scott Myers and Melodie K. Liddle; and loving in-laws Rita M. Cencich-Samish and stepfather-in-law Norman C. Samish. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Heather Russell; his parents; his brother, Douglas T. Myers; and his father-in-law, John P. Cencich.
