Jeffery Glade Bowcutt passed away peacefully on March 16, 2026, at the age of 69. He was born on December 11, 1956, to Errol and Suzanne Bowcutt in Garland, Utah.
Jeff grew up in Garland, where he was well known and well liked, forming many lifelong friendships. He served as a student body officer and had a deep love for baseball, which was an important part of his youth.
He carried a strong work ethic throughout his life. After high school, he worked at the Garland sugar factory and later with Del Monte in the bean fields before building a long and dedicated career at Thiokol.
Jeff was first married to Tami Rogers of Tremonton, and together they welcomed two sons, Krys and Judd. Though they later divorced, Jeff found lasting companionship with Tonna Rae Peterson of Tremonton, whom he married and shared many years with.
Jeff enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved collecting, fishing, golfing, and watching the Utah Jazz. He had many friends and valued the relationships he built throughout his career. Above all, he cherished his family and his grandchildren were especially important to him and brought him great pride and happiness.
He is survived by his wife, Tonna Bowcutt; his mother, Suzanne Bowcutt; his brothers, Bruce (Kim), Bart (Nan), and Scott; his children, Judd Bowcutt, Jami (stepdaughter), and Abbi (stepdaughter); his grandchildren, Jordyn (Tanner), Zen, Gage (Cambria), Sadie, Olivia (Colby), Dayne (McKaylee), and Hayden; and his great-grandchildren, Conley and Cohen.
He was preceded in death by his son, Krys Bowcutt; his father, Errol Bowcutt; and his sister-in-law, Connie Bowcutt.
A Memorial service will be held Friday, March 20, 2026, at 1 P.M. with a visitation from 11:30 A.M.-12:45 P.M. All services will be held at Rudd Funeral Home- Tremonton (111 N 100 E- Tremonton). The service will be livestreamed and can be accessed below.
Jeff will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his love for family and friends, and the joy he found in life’s simple moments. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
