Jeff Addington

Jeff Addington, son of the late Charles B. Addington and Betty Hall Addington, was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on September 12, 1965. He passed away on March 9, 2026, at the University of Louisville Shelbyville Hospital in Shelbyville, Kentucky, at the age of 60.

Jeff married Mary Condon Addington on October 22, 2010. He cherished time spent with his family and found great joy in playing music.

He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Addington of Eminence, Kentucky; four sons, Charles Jeffrey Addington II of Alaska, Justin (Erica) Addington of Finchville, Kentucky, and Ethan and Nicholas Addington, both of Eminence, Kentucky; a daughter, Samantha Addington of Eminence, Kentucky; a brother, Philip (Carole) Addington of Castlewood, Virginia; and a sister, Kristina Addington of Louisville, Kentucky. He is also survived by four grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

Jeff was preceded in death by a sister, Regina Addington.
