Jeannie L. Behlman

Jeannie L. Behlman, 77 of Oshkosh died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 14, 2026 with her husband at her side. She was born at home in Berlin, WI on May 23, 1948, a daughter of Frank and Katherine (Butler) Greffer.

On May 29, 1976, she married William "Bill" Behlman in Oshkosh. Jeannie was employed at various banks and was the office manager for an audiology office prior to retirement. She was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Parish. Prior to COVID, she was a very active volunteer at the Oshkosh Humane Society.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; brother, Jack Greffer; sisters, Judy Greffer and Karen Bennett; sisters-in-law, Kathy (Phil) Auck and Julie (Tim) Schissel. Along with several nieces and nephews and her two special cats, Aristotle and Bernie.

A memorial mass will take place at St. Jude the Apostle Parish- St. Vincent Church, located at 1225 Oregon St. in Oshkosh, WI on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 11:00am with Father Louis Golamari officiating. Visitation at church will be from 9:00am until the time of mass. Burial will take place at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

A memorial has been established to St. Jude’s the Apostle Parish or the Oshkosh Humane Society.
