Jeannette M. Ambron, née Stark, age 87, passed away on March 14, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Albert A. Ambron and the devoted mother of Karen Baker (Tom), Albert Ambron (Lisa), Denise Ambron, Michele Peiffer (Pat), and Suzanne Ehling (Dave). Jeannette was preceded in death by her parents, James and Gertrude Stark, her sister Alice Borst, and her grandson Colin Baker. She is survived by her sisters Elsie Brambilla and Joyce Schemenski, 16 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
A proud graduate of Kensington High School for Girls, Jeannette devoted her life to her family. She was a loving wife for 35 years and a dedicated stay-at-home mother who raised five children, always placing her family at the center of her world. Her home was a place of warmth, laughter, and unconditional love.
She held a special affection for the beach and spent many cherished summers in North Wildwood, where she could often be found sitting on the porch, enjoying the ocean breeze and chatting with neighbors and passersby. Her friendly nature made it easy for strangers to become friends. Jeannette also loved traveling with her daughters and treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought her immense pride and joy.
She will be remembered for her kindness and her unique sense of humor that brought laughter to so many. Her legacy lives on through the family she adored and the countless lives she touched.
