Jeanette Vier Weston

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanette Vier Weston (Durham, North Carolina), who passed away on March 2, 2026 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeanette Vier Weston to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Vier and Mary Vier; her husband Richard Weston; her siblings, Marguerite "Margee" Richardson and Reverend Lester Vier; and her grandson Porter Weston.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Sterling Weston, Brent William Weston and Laura Jeanette Weston; her grandchildren, Sterling, Emma, Robert, James Weston, Kelsey, Keilani and Kyler Sakumoto; her great grandchildren, Alina, Sona, Theo and Isabelle Weston; and her sisters, Emma "Lou" Mouser and Elizabeth "Liz" Hurst.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Hall-Wynne Funeral Chapel (1113 W Main St, Durham, NC 27701).

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made in Jeanette's memory to the Alzheimer's Association (https://www.alz.org).
