Jeanette L. Tuffie of Monaca, Pennsylvania, born in Frostburg, Maryland, passed away on March 15, 2026. She was predeceased by her parents, Charles Dyche and Thelma Dyche Shriner. Jeanette is survived by her siblings, Donna Michael and John Shriner (Patty).
Throughout her life, Jeanette demonstrated a deep commitment to the well-being of others. She contributed her time and leadership to the Beaver County Council of Governments and held numerous offices with the American Heart Association, where her dedication touched many lives. Those who knew her will remember her quiet strength and the generous spirit she brought to her community and family.
