He was a person concerned with achieving professional success with dignity and reverence for God.Born in Port-au-Prince on March 9, 1958, he was the fourth child of the late parents, merchant Véronique Louis and Judge Napoléon Eugène. He passed away on his birthday, Monday March 9, after a long period of illness that he courageously endured.He attended the elementary school Nationale Direlan Dumerlin and the high schools of Alexandre Pétion and Anténor Firmin. At the university level, he specialized in civil engineering at TCI College of Technology. He also obtained a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from BMCC (Borough of Manhattan Community College).In 1995, he married Mrs. Orne Simon Eugène, with whom he had four children: Kathiana, Michael, Rebecca, and Jean Daniel. He immigrated to Canada in 1981 as a visitor in search of a better quality of life. After three months, he left Canada to settle in the United States, notably in New York City.He was humble, upright, generous, hardworking, and someone who knew how to bring people together. He loved reading and was passionate about foreign languages. His bravery was first demonstrated in the defense of his faith in the Word of God and in the protection of his loved ones. He worked hard to provide for his family. Il était humble, droit, généreux, travailleur et quelqu'un qui savait rassembler les gens. Il aimait la lecture et passionné des langues étrangères.
