He was a person concerned with achieving professional success with dignity and reverence for God.Born in Port-au-Prince on March 9, 1958, he was the fourth child of the late parents, merchant Véronique Louis and Judge Napoléon Eugène. He passed away on his birthday, Monday March 9, after a long period of illness that he courageously endured.He attended the elementary school Nationale Direlan Dumerlin and the high schools of Alexandre Pétion and Anténor Firmin. At the university level, he specialized in civil engineering at TCI College of Technology. He also obtained a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from BMCC (Borough of Manhattan Community College).In 1995, he married Mrs. Orne Simon Eugène, with whom he had four children: Kathiana, Michael, Rebecca, and Jean Daniel. He immigrated to Canada in 1981 as a visitor in search of a better quality of life. After three months, he left Canada to settle in the United States, notably in New York City.He was humble, upright, generous, hardworking, and someone who knew how to bring people together. He loved reading and was passionate about foreign languages. His bravery was first demonstrated in the defense of his faith in the Word of God and in the protection of his loved ones. He worked hard to provide for his family. Il nous a quitté le jour de son anniversaire, le lundi 9 Mars, après une longue période de maladie courageusement supportée.Il a fréquenté l'École Nationale Direlan Dumerlin, les lycées d'Alexandre Pétion et Anténor Firmin. À l'université, il s'est spécialisé en génie civil au TCI College of Technology. Il a également obtenu un diplôme en Liberal Arts and Sciences au BMCC (Borough of Manhattan Community College).En 1995, il a épousé Mme Orne Simon Eugène, avec qui il a eu quatre enfants: Kathiana, Michael, Rebecca et Jean Daniel.Il a immigré au Canada en 1981 en tant que visiteur et pour une meilleure qualité de vie, après trois mois, il a laissé le Canada pour s'établir aux États-Unis, notamment dans la ville de New York.
