Jean Beeson ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home on Mar. 16, 2026.Jean Beeson of Winona Lake, Indiana, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home and into the joy of her Lord's presence on Monday, March 16, 2026, at the age of 71.Jean was born on November 16, 1954, in Corona, California, to Mary (Bagley) Knight and Charles Knight. She graduated from Coffeyville High School in Coffeyville, Kansas, in 1972. Jean later attended Grace College for a year before beginning what would become a lifelong career with the Warsaw Community Schools in 1988.Jean spent many dedicated years at Lakeview Middle School working in the technology department. She also shared her creativity and love for the arts as the longtime costume designer for the Warsaw High School theater department. Even in retirement, Jean continued to bless others with her talents, assisting as costume designer for Lakeland Christian Academy.In her personal time, Jean found great joy in sewing and knitting. She especially enjoyed sharing that passion by teaching knitting classes at the Warsaw Public Library. Above all, Jean's greatest delight in life was her family, and she treasured every moment spent with her children and grandchildren.Jean will be lovingly remembered by her husband, David Beeson of Winona Lake, Indiana; her son, Nathan (Lindsay) Beeson of New Haven, Indiana; her daughter, Laura (Jay) Maddin of Columbia, Illinois; and her three grandchildren, Evelyn, Emma, and Alex. She is also survived by her brothers, Richard Knight and Robert Knight of Coffeyville, Kansas; and her sister, Mary (Roy) Crosier of Warsaw, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Irving Knight and Joe Knight; and her sister, Janeth Knight.Jean's life will be celebrated with a service at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana, with Pastor Doug Vogel officiating.
