Jean Rish ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Heritage Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Panama City on Mar. 16, 2026.Jean Andrews Rish, 84, of Panama City, Florida, passed away March 15, 2026, in an assisted living facility.Jean was born April 16, 1941, in Jay, Florida, to Howard and Eva Andrews. Her parents, as well as her daughter, Virginia, preceded her in death.Jean was the second youngest of eight children. One of them, her twin sister, died when they were three years old.At eighteen she married Edward Miller and lived in Greenville, SC and later in Providence, RI. They had two children, Charles and Virginia. They divorced in 1964 and Jean moved back to Panama City, where she met Albert Rish. The two eventually married. They stayed together for 55 years.Jean is survived by her husband, Albert Rish, and her son, Charles Miller, as well as her extended family Kenneth and Linda Rish, Claude and Teresa Rish, Tyler and Britney Rish, and Michelle Bergman.The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 am on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Heritage Funeral Home, Panama City.
