Mrs. Conelia Jean Nowling Allen Nipper, 86 passed away Friday, March 6, 2026 at her residence following an extended illness.

Mrs. Jean was born in Pensacola, FL, to the late Walter Nowling and Sammie Jean Rogers Nowling. She lived in Homerville most of her life. She was a member of the Homerville Free Will Baptist Church and attended Shiloh Church. She worked at Clinch Memorial Hospital as a registration clerk. She loved cooking, cleaning, Conway Twitty, crocheting, and watching her favorite game shows and soap operas. She lived to be a loving example for her loved ones to follow. She was a member of The Best Mom Club and loved playing with her grandchildren and great grandchildren who brought her so much joy.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother; husband: Johnny Floyd Allen; one son: Gary Allen; three sisters: Patricia Trombly, Feria Green and Pamela Kelley.

Survivors are her children: Laurie Webb (David), Shelly Studebaker (Mark), both of Homeville, Tony Allen (Sharon), Homerville, and Shanna Adkins, Hahira; one daughter-in-law: Susan Herrin Allen, Homerville; two brothers: Scotty Campbell (Susan) Sardis, GA and Joe Campbell (Lee), Pennsylvania; one sister: Paula Lunsford (Steve), Crestview, FL; one brother-in-law: Ronnie Kelly, Crestview, FL; 15 grandchildren: Matthew Allen, Crystal Bagley, Christina O’Brien, Brandi Delk, Melody Mason, Jared Studebaker, Marlee Studebaker, Anthony Allen, Dalton Allen, Keith Smith, John Smith, Josh Smith, Chris Smith, Tina Hendrix and Shania Gordon; a number of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jean will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 2 pm from the Shiloh Church. Burial will be in the Wayfare Cemetery, Echols County.

The family will receive friends at Shiloh Church from 1 until 1:45 at the church.
