Janice M. Halloran, 88, of Troy, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2026.
Born and raised in the Capital Region, Janice lived a full life in Troy, where she was known for her quiet strength, warm smile, and deep devotion to her family and faith. She remained an active member of Our Lady of Victory Church for many years, finding great comfort and community there.
She is remembered fondly by all who knew her as a loving presence in the lives of her family and friends. Janice leaves behind those who cherished her gentle spirit and the many quiet ways she showed her care throughout her long life.
