Janice Elaine Hollander

Janice Elaine Hollander, age 56, of Fennville, passed away on March 6, 2026, at her home. Born on November 6, 1969, in Douglas, Michigan, to Bill and Barbara (Canamore) Wooten, she graduated from Fennville High School. On January 1, 1985, she married John Hollander, and together they raised two sons during their 41 years of marriage.

Janice worked at Howard Miller for five years, in daycare for two years, and as a pet sitter for five years before becoming self-employed for more than two decades, cleaning homes for many families in the area. She had a deep love for travel, especially visiting wineries across the country, and cherished all animals, caring for many throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, her father Bill Wooten, and her sister-in-law Connie Wooten. Janice is survived by her husband and soul mate, John; her sons, Johnathan Hollander of Holland, Michigan, and Justin (Dr. Kristin) Hollander of Hudsonville, Michigan; her grandson, Hayden; her mother, Barbara Wooten; her brother, Mike (Tina) Wooten; nephews and nieces; great-nephews and great-nieces; her beloved cats, Emma and Abby; and many dear friends and animals.
