Janet Rae Kippen, aged 90, passed away on March 6, 2026, after a long battle with dementia. She died peacefully in her home in Scottsdale, Arizona. Born on March 4, 1936, in Phoenix, Arizona, Jan was the daughter of Vernon C. Foster and Alta Lottie Hancock.
A dedicated businesswoman throughout her life, Jan was also a devoted wife who cherished her family. Her warmth, strength, and commitment left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
She is remembered with love by those she leaves behind. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 12:00 pm at the South Morgan Cemetery in Morgan, Utah.
