We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2026, at the age of 84, Janet Louise Elliott of Lancaster, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Janet touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home (436 N Broad St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Preston Cemetery (3131 Co Rd 90, Alger, OH 45812).
