She was born in Brooklyn, NY, November 18, 1942, daughter of the late Betty Pippitone. She was part of the first graduating class of Sacred Heart University of Fairfield, Class of 1963, and later worked as a purchasing agent for R.T. Sourcing for many years. She was a parishioner of St. Lawrence Church of Shelton and was a member of the Shelton Senior Center. She was an avid animal lover and was a huge supporter of veterans. She is survived by her daughter Cheryl L. Bisset and her husband Joe, and her grandchildren Devin Edward, Joseph Jr., Kaitlin, Jacob Anthony, and Cora Lee. Besides her mother, she was predeceased by her husband Elmer Dorman Noy, III, and her daughter Rebecca Csech. Funeral services and entombment will be held Friday, March 27, 2026 at 1PM at Oak Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum, Fairfield. There will be no calling hours. The James T.
