Jamie Allen Clark

James Allen “Jamie” Clark, age 55, of Lucedale, passed away on March 12, 2026.

Jamie was a dedicated project manager who took genuine pride in his work. He approached every aspect of his role—from careful planning and scheduling to the many details that kept projects on track—with diligence and care. His strong work ethic and steady commitment earned the lasting respect of his colleagues.

Away from work, Jamie found his greatest peace on the river. Whether enjoying quiet moments by the water or sharing that space with family and friends, it was where he felt most at home.

He is remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, proud Papa, caring son, brother, and loyal friend. His kindness, steady presence, and deep commitment to those he loved will be profoundly missed.

Jamie was preceded in death by his father, James E. Clark; his mother, Carolyn Sue Andrews Lakey; and his brother, Sammie Labit. He is survived by his loving wife, DeShea Clark; son, Allen (Samantha) Clark; daughter of his heart, Autumn Marie; granddaughter, Elizabeth James Clark; stepfather, Jerry Lakey; siblings, Cindy Johnson, Michael Labit, Donna North, and Mike Hennings; and many extended family members, relatives, and friends.
