James Willard Thomas

James Willard Thomas, known to all as Jim, age 59, of Seaford, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026, with his wife by his side. Born in Staunton, Virginia, on May 4, 1966, he was the son of the late Hallie and Nellie Thomas.

Jim embraced life with quiet enthusiasm and a generous spirit. He found joy in riding his motorcycle in all kinds of weather, hunting, working on his vehicles, and, in his younger years, horseback riding and go-cart racing. Above all, he cherished the time spent with his family, where his steady presence and warm heart left a lasting impression.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hallie and Nellie Thomas, his sisters Debbie Nunemann and Carol Anthony, and his niece Suzie Anthony. Jim is survived by his wife of nearly 35 years, Christine Thomas, his stepson Bryan Neal, his sister Kay Brittingham, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins who will remember him with great affection.
