James Walter Rouland

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Walter Rouland of Glenarm, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2026 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rouland and Vivian Rouland (Holmes). He is survived by: his wife Janet (Jones); his children, Jonathan Rouland of Laguna Hills, California and Jill Rouland (Azael Ramirez) of Springfield, IL; his grandsons, Joel, Mateo and Christopher Ramirez; and his sister Linda Horn (Jim Werner) of Punta Gorda, FL. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the South Fork Church (7998 Johnson Rd, Rochester, IL 62563). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Camp Butler National Cemetery (5063 Camp Butler Rd, Springfield, IL 62707).
