James Walter "Pete" Roberts, Jr., 75 of Angleton passed away on March 10, 2026. Pete was born on December 8, 1950, in Beulah, Mississippi to James Walter Roberts Sr. and Lorene (Harris) Roberts.Pete worked for Collins Instrument. He loved to go hunting and fishing as well as bowling. His greatest joy was spending time with friends and family.He was proceeded in death by Alice Griffin, Judy Mora, Gary Roberts, Danny Roberts, John David Roberts, Jimmy Roberts, Ernest Roberts, Lucille Vanderhoff, Sandra Timms & Velma Roberts.Left to treasure his memory are his children, Candy Lynn Roberts of Sweeny and Kendall Roberts of Mississippi; his six grandchildren, Dylan Roberts, Jose Guel, II, and Nathan Guel of Sweeny, Layla Roberts, Cody Roberts, and Presley Roberts of Mississippi; along with numerous other family members and friends.Visitation will be at Palms Funeral Home beginning at 12:00 p.m. with the Funeral Service following at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026. Interment will follow at Angleton Cemetery.
