Born on May 14, 1963, in Baltimore, James spent his life deeply connected to the city he loved so dearly.James proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force from 1982 to 1990. His years in service reflected his dedication and commitment to others, values that remained central throughout his life. After completing his military service, James returned to Baltimore, where he embraced the vibrant culture and community of his hometown.Known for his outgoing and caring nature, James was truly the life of the party. His sense of humor and joyous spirit brought light to every room he entered. He had a deep passion for sports and was an avid Buffalo Bills fan who never missed a chance to cheer on his team. Closer to home, James was a devoted supporter of the Baltimore Orioles and cherished Maryland blue crabs-a true testament to his love for all things Baltimore.James is survived by his sister Margaret Moore; brother-in-law George Meadows; nieces Kendra O'Halloran, Amber Meadows, Amy Moore; and nephews William Moore and James Moore; as well as his lifelong friends Thomas Wayne Hunt and Barbara Haddix Detzel. He was predeceased by his father Robert Moore, mother Geraldine Wolfe, and brother Robert Moore.James's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
