He is survived by: his sons, Brad Summerville and Eric Jacobs; and his siblings, Lillie Proctor, Charles Jacobs and Donald Jacobs. He is also survived by Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home (1000 N Main St, Cedartown, GA 30125).
