He was born in Howe, Texas, on November 27, 1979, to Roy Jefferson Fruen, Sr. and Karan Ann Fruen. He attended Tom Bean Schools before joining the workforce.Mr. Fruen met the love of his life, Kosha Ladeen Blount and they were married on June 17th, 2013. James took Kosha's 3 children as his own.He was a loved stepfather to Zephen Blount 29, of Denison, Texas, Taylin Blount 22, of Howe Texas, and Joseph Ward 21, of Denison Texas who were his pride and joy.James is survived by his wife, Kosha Fruen and children Zephen Blount, Taylin Blount, and Joseph Ward; Sister, Melissa LaBonne and children Kristina Bowen, Louie LaBonne, and Ernie LaBonne; Sister-in-law Shelley Fruen; several great nieces and nephews; Uncle Billy Fruen and wife Peggie; Aunt Paula Claborn and husband James; Aunt Lou Ann Garner; and Uncle John Henry Belvin.He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Fruen, Sr. and Karan Fruen; his brother, Roy Fruen, Jr; nephew, Shawn LaBonne; uncles, R.B.
