He is survived by: his sister Ann; his sibling's children, Sean Moore (Shelly), Marty Moore (Natasha) and Kathleen Moore (Christy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gus, Charlie, Adele, Alice, Piper and Ramona. He is also survived by neighbors, as well as cousins.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (730 S 12th St, Springfield, IL 62703).
Memorials may be made to the Illinois Firefighters Association.
