He was born April 27th, 1951 in Canandaigua, N.Y. His parents were William & Anna Marie. He is survived by his wife Nadine & their two sons Michael, Joseph and daughter in law Meghan. Also surviving are brother Bill sisters Nancy, Joan and Debbie, 9 nieces and nephews and 9 great nieces and great nephews. He was pre deceased by his brother Tommy.His parents passed away when he was a young age. He lived in upstate New York in Macedon and moved to Staten Island when he was 10. He went to live in Rochester at 17 and his uncle Joseph Byrne adopted him and let him join the Marines. He was stationed in Southern California at Camp Pendleton. He returned to Staten Island and lived with his brother Tommy. He attended Staten Island Community College where he met his wife Nadine Lepere and they were married for 51 years. They lived in Staten Island and had two sons Michael and Joseph. He worked in photography, was a forox cameraman and in computers. His greatest joy was being involved with soccer at St. John Neumann. He coached several teams and was Director for his club for 11 years.A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:00 AM on Friday at St Joseph's Church (Rossville) located at 16 Poplar Ave Staten Island, New York 10309.Private Cremation to follow.The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, New York.In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
