James M. Dori

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James M. Dori (Selbyville, Delaware), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on March 7, 2026 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Dori and Helen Dori (Washko). He is survived by: his wife Joan Dori; his children, Kathleen Dori, Michael Dori, Matthew Dori and Martin Dori; and his grandchildren, Maggie Dori, Alex Dori and Courtney Dori.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bishop-Hastings Funeral Home (19 S Main St, Selbyville, DE 19975). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (11211 Beauchamp Rd, Berlin, MD 21811).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in James's memory to Coastal Hospice, P.O. Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802.
