He is survived by: his children, Jamon, Jamaal (Ashley), JaMarcus, Jeena and Candice; his grandchildren, Jamina, King, Eva, Jaxon, Jasper and Asher; his siblings, Theodore (Judy) of Houston, TX, Therease and Tammy; and his former wives, Shirl Oliver and Deena Mitter. He is also survived by other loving relatives and caring friends.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Giles-Harris Funeral Home (1304 N Main St, Chase City, VA 23924). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at the Mt. Mitchell Baptist Church Cemetery (475 Fort Mitchell Rd, Drakes Branch, VA 23937).
