With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James L. Connolly (Youngstown, Ohio), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on March 5, 2026 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Connolly and Edith Connolly; his brothers, Clyde and Jack; and his sister-in-law Peggy.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Patricia Antonelli (Lou) of Westlake, Jim Connolly of Canfield and Marcie Niemi (Mark) of Akron; his grandchildren, Erin Lyman (Danny), Seth Niemi, Mark Antonelli (Miya), Abbey Niemi, Joel Niemi and Ethan Niemi; and his brother-in-law Jim Potts. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, treasured friends and dear neighbors.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (119 Stadium Dr, Youngstown, OH 44512). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
