James Howard Shave Jr.

We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2026, at the age of 67, James Howard Shave Jr. (Parma, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though James Howard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James Howard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cheryl; his children, Ryan and James (Kaitlyn); his grandchildren, Delancey, Nolee and James; and his siblings, Karen Doll (David), Geralyn Cannon (late William), Lori Carney (Michael) and John Shave.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hopko Funeral Home (6020 Broadview Rd, Parma, OH 44134). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
